It’s often said that you have to drink at least X glasses or Y liters of water a day…. The most important thing is to be conscious of your thirst and ensure you drink enough to quench it. But remember, when you feel thirsty, your body is already partly dehydrated. So don’t wait to be thirsty before drinking, keep a (reusable!) bottle of water at your desk and take a sip from time to time. Water also helps fiber to function optimally and therefore to avoid constipation.
