SO good! I used small white potatoes because my grocery store was out of sweet potatoes, and also dried rosemary instead of fresh. I've also made it with sweet potatoes, which is even better. The chicken gets nice and crispy and the maple flavour is delicious. I make this often, it's great!
The sweet potatoes don't need the maple syrup for my taste, I would just brush a tbs on the chicken.
This is a simple and delicious dish. Extremely tasty.
