2 grapefruits yellow 600 g
2 grapefruits pink 600 g
2 tbsp maple syrup 30 mL
2 tbsp pistachios, shelled, unsalted 16 g

Method

  1. Using a sharp knife, cut all peel and white pith from grapefruits; discard. Segment the fruits, then portion out the segments to the bowls.
  2. Top with syrup and pistachios, then serve.
