2 scoops vanilla ice cream 125 mL

Method

Prepare a very strong coffee (ideally espresso).

Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a heat-resistant cup. Pour the hot coffee on top and serve immediately.

This is an excellent dessert, but you need a good espresso. I made it with espresso decaf for one of my guests and she loved it too.
