Ingredients

2 peaches, yellow, or nectarines 300 g
2 kiwis 180 g
1 1/2 cup strawberries 220 g
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 3/4 lemon
1 tbsp sugar 12 g

Method

  1. Peel the fruit then cut them into bite size pieces. Put the pieces in a salad bowl, then add the lemon juice and sugar. Toss to combine. Set the fruit salad aside in the refrigerator 15 min.
  2. Toss the fuit before serving, then portion out to individual cups.
