A tasty alternative to just boiling and eating them. They need to be fried a little longer than the recipe says.
Especially delicious with the juices from the "Saltimbocca alla Romana"! I poured the juices over the sprouts while they were still in the pan. There were also juices that seeped out of the beef and prosciutto onto the plate while I let them sit. YUM. I tasted them before I added the juice, though, and I liked them that way too. I'm shocked! I would definitely make this again! :)
I loved it as per recipe plus Basil. "Delicious".
